DESCRIPTION:When you see a homeless person begging outside a shop\, what do you do? Give him money\, look the other way\, buy him or her a sandwich or tell them to "get a job"?
How big is the homeless problem in the Stonnington area and surrounds? Is it growing or reducing? Who is at risk? Who is there to help them and what can the ordinary person in the street do.. from a little to a lot... to help?
