Dinner meeting with James Karantonis

James is a current PhD student studying at Swinburne University of Technology. His education began at Monash University in 2012, where James completed his Bachelor of Science in the areas of psychology, physiology and pharmacology. Following this, he completed his Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Honours at Bond University on the Gold Coast. His honours thesis was on internet addiction and emotion regulation, and was published in 'Addictive Behaviour Reports' in 2016. James' interest in clinical disorders, cognition and emotion led him down the path of a PhD focusing on clinical neuroscience. Although he is enrolled through Swinburne University, the project is also affiliated with the Melbourne Neuropsychiatry Centre and the Monash Alfred Psychiatric Research Centre. When he's not studying, James enjoys playing music and science fiction writing.
